Get off you butt and walk!!! Is it that simple? YES!

How much is just too much? You have to consider this to be logically. Are you an active person? Are you overweight? How does Junk Food affect your mood and well-being. If you call at your doctor as well as your blood work always turns out fine and you’re in pretty good shape then do not stress out about your unhealthy foods. You are one of many lucky ones.
